Resicom Mastery Cleaning is currently only servicing the Tampa Bay Area (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Riverview. Counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco & Manatee). We are preparing to expand our cleaning services to the Miami Metropolitan Area (Counties: Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach) in the near future.

Yes! We supply all the cleaning products and tools required to clean your home.
We allow our professionals to arrive within 2 hours of your scheduled time to accomodate unpredictable traffic, parking and other surprises.
GETTING STARTED
POLICIES AND PRICING
We accept debit and credit cards. We do not take cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo or any other forms of payment.
We determine the pricing for both One-Time Deep and Recurring Cleanings based on the square footage of the property to be cleaned. The larger the area, the more time and resources are required to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning. This allows us to provide fair and accurate pricing tailored to the specific needs of each customer. Simply select the square footage of your home and indicate the number of bedrooms and bathrooms on our website to receive an instant quotation.
Add any Extras you might need and let us know in the Notes if you would like us to focus more on certain areas. While we consider several factors when providing an initial estimate over the phone, our cleaning technicians may find it necessary to allocate additional time to complete the full scope of service in your home. We will contact you at the latest one hour before the scheduled completion of your initial cleaning to discuss any unforeseen circumstances. Should extra time be required due to factors such as extensive dirt or a large number of decorations or clutter, you will have the choice to approve the additional time or adhere to the original estimate. Rest assured, we will never charge your card for any extra time without your explicit consent. Our hourly rate is $60 for any additional cleaning hour.
Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%. This deposit is applied towards the total balance of your cleaning service and is not merely a hold on your card. For example, if your cleaning service is quoted at $200, your deposit will amount to $50. This amount will be deducted from the estimated total, leaving you with a balance of approximately $150.
Full payment is due on the day of service. Our cleaning technicians do not process payments. A credit or debit card must be on file at the time of booking, and it will be charged immediately after the completion of the cleaning. If payment is declined, the client must update their payment information before the next scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the service cost.
No monetary refunds are provided.
If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.
To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit.
No we do not clean while other contractors are in the home. Please do not schedule our cleaning on a day that you plan to have cable company, moving company, any type of contractors in the home .
If we show up to a clean and there are other contractors in the home, we will leave and you will have to pay the cleaning service in full.
We are committed to providing you with exceptional cleaning services and leaving your house in immaculate condition. To ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service possible, we kindly request that you prepare for our arrival by putting away any items that could obstruct us from cleaning specific areas, such as loose papers, toys, and other objects. Please make sure that all dishes are put away to enable us to clean your kitchen thoroughly. Also, kindly ensure that any sensitive materials are stored away.
All customers are required to have the following amenities available:
Running water with access to it.
Electricity with functioning lightbulbs throughout the home (cleaning cannot be performed in the dark).
Air conditioning & heat for a comfortable working environment.
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee for all customers. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return as soon as our schedule allows us to perform a free reclean.
We do our best to meet the needs of our clients; however, there are some things we are unable to do:
Hand wash clothing, remove high levels of trash/debris, or use our vacuum on pet-soiled carpet.
Clean hard-to-reach or high areas that are not accessible with our extension duster.
Clean fully stocked refrigerators/freezers (We kindly request our client ensures the fridge is emptied before we arrive—our hourly rate ($60) will apply if we need to spend extra time emptying & organizing it.).
Guarantee the results of blind dusting.
Empty diaper genies/diaper pails.
We do not use homemade cleaning products or any cleaning products that are harmful or not approved for use in residential spaces.
Move furniture, use anything higher than a 3-step stepladder, or wipe light bulbs & delicate glass fixtures.
We do not provide deep cleaning for the walls.
We do not descale shower heads, faucets, water dispensers, or other calcified buildup.
Clean closets, unless performing a move-in/move-out clean.
Absolutely! Our cleaning employees are carefully selected through in-person interviews and thorough background checks to ensure reliability and integrity. Additionally, they receive comprehensive training in cleaning safety standards and best practices for safeguarding your property. We are committed to providing dependable and trustworthy service for both residential and commercial clients.
Resicom Mastery Cleaning cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unstable items such as pictures not hung securely, items with unstable bases, floating shelves, or improperly secured items. The client is responsible for cleaning curio cabinets, figurines, glassware, and items of extreme or sentimental value. If a cleaner breaks an item, Resicom Mastery Cleaning will pay up to $100 per item or the replacement cost with verified value. The client must save the broken item for inspection.
Yes! We have 3 layers of protection in place to ensure your information is not compromised. First, our booking page is protected by extended SSL certification. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe, layered in their own 256 bit security protocol. We never store your credit card information (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured your information is safe and secure.
